Starbucks Latte Recipe

STARBUCK'S GINGERBREAD LATTE RECIPE

A tasty sip for the holidays you can make at home.

3 cups of milk
3 Tbsp. Starbucks Gingerbread syrup
Two shots of starbucks Espresso Pods
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg

To make Gingerbread Latte

  1. Steam milk with Starbucks Barista Athena.

  2. Place Starbucks Gingerbread Syrup in preheated coffee mug.

  3. Brew single shot of espresso, using pre-measured Starbucks Espresso Pod, and pour immediately.

  4. Top with steamed milk and foam.

  5. Garnish foam with a light dusting of nutmeg, crushed gingerbread cookies or a light touch of cinnamon sugar.

Decorative items: Gumdrops, Life Savers, Smarties, jujubes, licorice all sorts and mini-Shredded Wheat squares (for roofing) make excellent house decorations. There are plenty more possibilities -- go wild and have fun!



CINNAMON DOLCE LATTE RECIPE


If you're enjoying the Cinnamon Dolce Latte from Starbucks, then you might enjoy a homemade version that tastes

Pretty delicious. Easy to do, and not a bad low calorie indulgence either!

Ingredients:
Shot of Espresso
Dusting - 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 Cup of milk for steaming
Sugar to taste
Starbucks Caramel Sundae Syrup (Optional, but recommended)

Pull your shot of espresso and mix in the ground cinnamon; start small because it's easy to go overboard.

Mix in Sugar if desired.

Steam milk and top off to make your latte.

Drizzle the sundae syrup over the top of the latte in rapid circles. (If you just squeeze the thing, you'll shoot gobs of caramel syrup through the steamed milk, but Quick circular patterns keep the drizzled syrup on top of the foam.)


STARBUCK'S EGGNOG LATTE RECIPE


It’s perfect on a cold morning or for celebrating the holidays with friends and family.
Note: you will need an espresso machine with steaming capabilities to create this beverage.
Yields one 12 oz. beverage

1/2 cup eggnog
1/4 cup whole milk
Starbucks Espresso Roast Coffee (ground)
Pinch of ground nutmeg

To make Eggnog Latte:

  1. Combine cold eggnog with cold whole milk. Cold non-fat milk can be substituted for the whole milk.

  2. Using the stream wand on your espresso machine, steam the eggnog/milk mixture until the temperature reaches 145°F. Set aside.  (Eggnog heats and scalds more quickly than milk, so watch your thermometer).
     

  3. Tamp ground espresso into the filter. Pull a shot of espresso and pour in serving mug.

  4. Fill mug with steamed eggnog/milk mixture. Top with 1/4 inch foamed eggnog/milk mixture to the rim of the mug.

  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.






STARBUCKS PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE RECIPE

  1. 2 shots of espresso, (can be replaced with Starbucks Elephant Kinjia finely ground).

  2. 3 oz milk combined with 3 oz half and half steamed and frothed.

  3. 2 Tsp Pumpkin spice

  4. 1 table spoon of white mocha tollhouse chips to sweeten.

  5. Just mix it all up to taste.

  6. Top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
